New Members and First Time Attendees

New TTMA Members and Convention "First-Timers" will be wearing orange and yellow ribbons, respectively, on their name badges. Please make a special effort to seek these attendees out and introduce yourself. There will be a Ne Member and First-Timers Orientation on Wednesday, April 23. All attendees are invited to stop by and make our new delegates feel welcome.

Dress Code

During the day sportswear and casual attire are worn throughout the resort. For the evening jackets are suggested for gentlemen in certain areas. Proper golf and tennis attire and shoes are required.

TTMA Annual Convention Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you cannot attend the Annual Convention, you may transfer your registration to another attendee or request a refund. There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before 3 weeks prior to the Wednesday convention start date. The full amount paid will be refunded. No registration refund will be issued for cancellations received on or after three weeks prior to the Wednesday convention start date, unless in accordance with the Emergency Policy below. The above cancellation policy applies to all registration fees, golf, tennis and extra event registrations.

Emergency Policy

Refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend the Annual Convention due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstance.

Code of Conduct

Individuals (celebrities, customers, shippers, suppliers) should not be encouraged to attend TTMA Conventions as guests of members. Attendance of such persons will be limited to those formally invited by TTMA. Only TTMA member companies in good standing are invited to attend. TTMA Policy prohibits hospitality rooms and as such, members are requested not to rent public rooms, hire bartenders, musicians, etc. or otherwise engage in large group entertaining in or out of the hotel at any time during the convention. Large group entertaining is defined as more than 20 people at an event. There shall be no conflict with regularly scheduled TTMA functions. We ask your cooperation in not inviting or accepting invitations to dine or golf elsewhere during the scheduled events. Members may invite friends to their rooms for refreshments during periods when no regular TTMA function is scheduled, providing the above policy is not abused. Formal, printed invitations should not be issued to any such activity.
